Upon arrival guests will be treated to a cup of my award winning nettle tea & nettle shortbread whilst I will share my nettle story and how my obsession with this wonderful weed began.
Guests can relax & enjoy my nettle garden. There will be plenty of 'nettle natter' whilst learning about their many benefits & not forgetting nettle folklore,myth & magic!
My guests will then have a hands on experience in making the Northern Irish traybake 'Fifteens' ( with a nettle twist) to take away & devour later.
A lunch will be served of nutritious nettle soup with Irish Soda Bread croutons & guests can also sample my nettle cordial and nettle beer!
